Gym attendance sheet
Use this sheet when an instructor needs a roster they can check after class. It keeps bookings, arrival and confirmed attendance in separate columns, with a discipline and class type on every row. The download opens in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers. Start with the blank rows, filter one session to print a roster, then record the exceptions before using the totals for a weekly review.

Use this worksheet before committing to a new academy or adding a location. It connects the programmes you intend to teach with timetable capacity, membership income and operating costs. Each section asks for an assumption, the evidence behind it and the next check. The Markdown download is plain text you can edit in a document editor; it includes blank planning tables, a break-even calculation and a launch checklist.

For a class happening today, start with the attendance sheet. For a new academy or location, start with the business plan. Both files are free to download without an account. Keep an untouched copy of the original, then make a working copy for your academy.
The attendance sheet is a CSV with blank rows; it does not automate check-in or calculate reports. The business plan is a Markdown worksheet with prompts and blank tables; it does not contain market forecasts or a pre-filled budget. Each template page explains the fields, gives an illustrative calculation and identifies what still needs your own judgement.
For the decisions behind these records, read the academy management guides. They cover software selection, attendance, billing and a member's first month.
